All Quiet on the Western Front
I always had a desire to read books since my childhood. I loved hearing the stories of cinderella, the pied piper of hemelin etc. during my bedtime. My grandmother used to tell me these stories. As I grew up, I focused more on studying books related to science, politics and sports. I must say books related to politics and war are of great interest to me. I have read a lot of books related to politics and war. However, "All quiet on the western front" has always been my favorite one."All quiet on the western front" is a novel by Erich Maria Remarque. It was published in 1929 as Im Westen nichts neues and in the United States as "All quiet on the western front". This book tells us about the harmful effects of a war and also the harmful effect of war on young men. This book showed the whole world how a war can destroy the peace and tranquility of a young man. How a changed a young guy overnight!
